Evaluation & Therapy Package- $975
The Evaluation & Therapy Package offers a thorough, individualized assessment and five customized 40-minute speech therapy sessions. Sessions may be added, as needed, for an additional fee.
Evaluation Only - $425
The Evaluation Only option may be useful for individuals who are not interested in starting therapy at this time. A detailed report will summarize assessment results, make recommendations and provide valuable resources. Anticipated duration: 1-2 hours.
Therapy Session - $130
Therapy sessions are customized to meet the needs of each adult or child who stutters. Individual 40-minute therapy sessions can be conducted as add-ons to the Evaluation and Therapy Package or scheduled independently. Therapy sessions may not be initiated without an evaluation.
Winter Break Jump Start Package - $350
For individuals seeking to make progress without disrupting their regular schedules, this package offers an effective and convenient solution during the typically quieter winter period.
Our Winter Break Jumpstart Therapy Package is designed to provide an intensive boost to your speech therapy progress. Spanning three tailored sessions over the winter break, this package serves as a catalyst for advancements in your ongoing communication goals. It's an ideal opportunity to immerse yourself in focused therapy, propelling you forward with momentum as you continue with your comprehensive speech therapy program.
At this time, we do not accept payments through insurance. Credit/debt card payments will be accepted through PayPal within 24 hours following a session.
Packages can be paid all at once after the first session, or divided into two payments after the first and third sessions.
Our Approach
Every speech therapy session at COMMUNICARE Virtual Stuttering Center is meticulously personalized, taking into account the unique speaking style and personal goals of each individual who stutters. While there is no cure for stuttering, our tailored approach focuses on enhancing conversational ease and building effective communication skills, which in turn can alleviate the emotional distress associated with speaking.

COMMUNICARE Virtual Stuttering Center Cancellation Policy
At COMMUNICARE Virtual Stuttering Center, we understand that your time is valuable, and we are committed to providing all our clients with exceptional care. To ensure that we can maintain a high standard of service for everyone, we kindly request adherence to the following cancellation policy:

24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need of our services.

Cancellation Fee: If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to its scheduled time, a fee equivalent to 25% of the session cost may be charged.

No-Show Policy: We consider it a no-show when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling it. If a patient accumulates more than two no-shows, they may be subject to discharge from ongoing therapy at our discretion.
